Tashi, who cooks with great passion, will introduce you to the flavors of traditional Ladakhi cuisine — simple, heartwarming dishes prepared with vegetables from the garden and locally sourced ingredients. Chonzom spends her mornings weaving wool, carefully and proudly keeping alive the ancestral art of Ladakhi carpet-making. Watching her work, you will come to understand that every pattern tells a story.
Their two children, who dash off to school each morning with their backpacks, will no doubt bring their curiosity and smiles to your stay.
